Delivery & Shipping


All products in your order need to be in stock when placing the order (see the delivery status on a product). You will receive a notification via SMS and/or e-mail the day before the first possible delivery time with a link to a page where you decide the time for home delivery. Delivery takes place between 9:00–22:00. Longer delivery times apply to some destinations, see

Packages over 20 kg are delivered to the nearest Service Point. Please enter your mobile number for SMS notification, otherwise you will get a notice in the mail. Packages over 20 kg or longer then 150 cm are delivered by DHL Home Delivery daytime. Delivery is made to the door/gate weekday's between 9.00-16.00 DHL will contact you to schedule the distribution and delivery takes place within a two-hour period. Note that the recipient can not decide the delivery time, it's controlled by DHL's fixed routes in your area.

Pick up at Artilleriet Warehouse
You can choose to collect your goods at our warehouse at Olof Asklunds gata 25, 421 30 Västra Frölunda, Monday–Friday 8.00-16.00. As soon as your goods are ready for pick-up we will contact you via email, SMS or phone.


Items in stock
If the item is in stock we normally send out your order within 2-3 workdays. The delivery time from us to you is usually 2-4 workdays. At large orders or delayed delivery from suppliers, the delivery time may vary. In such cases, you will be notified about this as soon as we have processed your order. Should there be special reasons for goods not delivered in time, the customer must notify us regarding this matter.

Items out of stock
Delivery time for items out of stock or customized orders are approximate. We will get back to you if the delivery time for any reason would be longer than estimated.

Order with items with different delivery times
If you order multiple products with different delivery time on the same orders, goods will be sent in one shipment when all the goods are in stock. If you wish partial delivery contact info(@) Extra charge may apply.

Home Delivery
All shipments from Artilleriet are sent to service point or delivered to your address and can only be collected with shipping number, this is sent to you by SMS or letter. You can request that your delivery will be dropped of without endorsement. In this case your goods will be left at your address without endorsement, it is you, the customer that is responsible for the package from the freight company relinquished packets on the specified address. I fee for uncollected mail or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
In cases where the packages, letters or larger parcels are returned to Artilleriet from the shipping company because the client/receiver has not collected the package from the delivery point; 2) has not been reachable on Supplied Notification Phone; 3) refused to package upon delivery; or 4) stated false name, address or contact details, Artilleriet will charge the client a fee. For letters and parcels fee amounts to SEK 300 incl. VAT for pallet / larger packages to SEK 600 incl. VAT.
If DHL or Artilleriet agreed with the receiver on the day and time of delivery, but the receiver is not in place at the time of delivery, an additional fee of 300 SEK incl VAT will be added for a new delivery attempt.

When purchasing in our online store or by phone the distance law is applied. This means that you, the customer has the right to return your purchase within 14 days. The 14 days starts from the date the customer receives the product.
The merchandise must be in as good condition as when you received it, this means unused and undamaged. The goods must be packed in original packaging.
Repayment is normally within 1-5 working days, but no later than 30 days after we have received and accepted the return. Please note that any invoice must be paid even if you return the product.
Artilleriet is not responsible for any damage in the return shipment, therefore, send you return well packaged.

When purchasing an item that is not in stock, custom made/ordered or otherwise, the distans law don´t apply. This may for example be a couch in a specific color and fabric made just for you.

How to make a return:
1. Contact our customer service and ask for a return shipping label and return form.
2. Fill in the return form. Be sure that the information is accurate and clear.
3. Pack the product properly, use the original product packaging and a protective transport packaging, similar to that you received the package. Do not forget to attach the return blanket in the package.
4. Return the product to the Artilleriet Warehouse using the return shipping label, sent to you by email or post.

When you use your right to return the cost for return shipping is payed by the customer. Return shipping is adjusted in connection with the refund of your money. Return policy does not apply to business customers.

You have the right to claim a product if it can be assumed to be a manufacturing defect in the product. Contact us at and include clear pictures of the defective product and give us your order number.
We are primarily changing the goods with a new one, or if the item is out of stock we will reimburse you for the product.

Important: Be sure to check the goods for any damage when you receive the delivery. Goods with visible external shipping damage should be claimed from us, you have to have the damage noted on your bill of lading from the shipping company connected with the receipt. Ask the driver to note the damage. If you discover hidden defects/transport damages after opening the package, communicate this as soon as possible to Artilleriet.
At any transport damage contact and attach the message with clear pictures of the damage and possibly damaged packaging and provide the email with your order number. To claim damaged goods to the shipping company, we need to notify transport damage to the shipping company within 1-3 work days. We are therefore grateful if you report the damage within that time.

If the transport provided without endorsement, by proxy, the transport may not be claimed.

Includes display items / and unique pieces that are not part of Artilleriet Interiors AB's product range, or for any other reason not to be in stock goods at Artilleriet Interiors AB. If the product has a defect, this is indicated in the product description and it is up to the buyer to verify this before the purchase.
